DID YOU SAY MY CARD CAN GROW FLOWERS!?

In spirit of the holiday season and to thank us for the exchanging of goods,  Green Field Paper Company sent us  this beautifully printed greetingcard.  My plant manager handed the card to me and the first thing I noticed upon touching it was the texture.  The card had a nice, thick stock and was very durable.  Then I noticed small little bumps protruding out of the paper.  That’s when my colleague told me to plant it.

Say what?

I inspected the card a bit more carefully and saw that the little bumps did in fact resemble little seeds.  I turned the card over and this is what I read:

A card telling me how to plant it.

Of course curious about this company, I visited Green Field Paper Company’s website and saw that they have a whole host of plantable products.  From everyday paper to holiday ornaments, this company takes paper reuse to a whole new level.  Not only does this company encourage different ways to think about how we use paper, but they do a bang-up job on their marketing front.  This card stimulated my interest and made me want to learn more about their company.

A card you can plant

Thinking about sending correspondence with your current and potential customers?  Step outside the box and consider sending a card they can plant!
